Terms & Conditions

VibeMountain is an in-person, intensive weekend camp focused on building, testing, marketing, securing, and selling a vibe-coded app or business idea. Each event is limited to a small cohort and includes lodging, meals, workshops, and hands-on coaching. The schedule, location, and exact program details may be adjusted by the organizers as needed.

Tickets are sold via Stripe. All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes. Payment is due in full at checkout. We do not store your payment details; Stripe processes all transactions securely.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Tickets are refundable in full up to 30 days before the event start date. Between 30 and 14 days before the event, a 50% refund is available. No refunds are issued within 14 days of the event start date, except at the sole discretion of the organizers.

Refund requests must be sent by email to hello@vibemountain.ch and will be processed within 14 business days.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or relocate an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient registrations, extreme weather, or force majeure. In case of cancellation by the organizers, you will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future event.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible participant with prior written approval from the organizers. Transfers are not guaranteed and may not be possible within 7 days of the event.

Participation is at your own risk. VibeMountain and its organizers, hosts, and partners are not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property during travel to, from, or during the event, except where required by applicable law.

We expect all participants to behave respectfully. The organizers may remove any participant from the event without refund for disruptive, harmful, or unsafe behavior.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valais, Switzerland.
