    Build a business.
    Not an app.

From business idea to first sale in one weekend.

    See the schedule

    MILESTONES

Your idea. Forged into a real business.

Most camps stop at "it works on my laptop." We don't. You leave the mountain with a business that sells itself.

    01

    Build

Vibe code your idea into a real, working product. No tutorials — only shipping.

    02

    Test

Pressure-test flows with real users in the room. Find what breaks before launch.

    03

    Secure

Lock down auth, data, and the boring-but-critical stuff that keeps users safe.

    04

    Market

Craft your story, landing page, and launch plan. Ready for day one traction.

    05

    Sell

Pricing, payments, first paying users. Revenue is the proof your idea is real.

    The story

From vibe-coded apps to real businesses.

We're the team behind the Vibe Code Fest and Vibe Code Workshops. We've spent the last years watching people spin up app after app with AI — and then abandon them.

A working prototype isn't a business. A landing page isn't a launch. We built VibeMountain because we got tired of seeing great ideas die in a folder of half-finished demos.

This weekend is for anyone who wants to turn a vibe-coded app or idea into something that can actually sustain itself. No keynote theater. No networking theater. Just a small group, two experienced founders in the room, and 48 hours of focused execution.

Build it. Test it. Market it. Secure it. Sell it. Then go home with a business, not another app.

    Hosts

Two founders in the room. Experienced sparring partners.

They've shipped, failed, sold and started again. For 48 hours they work next to you — not on a stage.

    Remy Blättler

Co-Organizer of the Vibe Code Fest and co-founder of Supertext. Remy is a veteran of unfiltered execution—he's the guy who dives into the deep end, figures it out on the fly, and refuses to quit until it's across the line. Battle-worn and danged up, but always there at the finish.

    Portrait of Reto Lämmler

    Reto Lämmler

Co-Organizer of the Vibe Code Fest, Lovable Ambassador, and co-founder of TestingTime. Reto is a ruthless minimalist with no patience for fluff—he builds the smallest thing possible, tests it with real humans, and iterates until it sticks. After two failures and one massive exit, he's learned that the best products aren't the prettiest; they're the ones that actually work.

    Proof

Founders who left sharper than they arrived.

Not hype. Real feedback from real builders who spent the weekend with us.

You rock!

Top!
